I have been stalled between 187-188 for almost 2 months now. Have you ever been stalled this long, and started losing weight rapidly again? I'm trying my best to not get discouraged, because it's so nice to be back in the 100's. I'm still having bowel movement issues, and am only going 1-2 times per week. My doctor is trying to find medicine that works for me, since Benefiber and other things aren't working.

Miralax is the only thing that really work for me painlessly.

I had to increase to pain that I was having daily runny BM for a 2-3 days - then slowly decrease my daily morning dose when I have BM everyday - and it is neither hard or too soft.

on days I feel I did not have a complete BM I may add some extra Miralax (1/3 cap full) or evaluate if I drank enough water and ate enough food.

Fiber constipate me.  Some of us - too much fiber may have just the opposite reaction to the one we wish for.  I had to make sure I get enough fat in my diet - low fat diet - constipate me...

There is even study that shows that some people do much better with low fiber than high fiber diet.

"Stopping or reducing dietary fiber intake reduces constipation and its associated symptoms"  https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3435786/

I may have to give Miralax another try. It stopped working for me after a few months.

My mom says she doesn't think I'm eating enough (even though I'm getting in 1,000 - 1,200 calories each day). Low fat might be my problem.

your calories are actually a little on the high side (although I don't know your background - height, starting weight, gender, activity level, etc).   I was eating 1000-1200 when I was about a year out.  Although everyone's different...

p.s.  just noticed your starting weight in your signature file.  Might want to drop your calories a bit and see if that helps.  Do you measure/weigh and log everything you eat?  I still have to, even in maintenance.  Portion creep is real!!
