Is anyone using the Tespa vitamin delivery system?

Sorry, I meant TESPO. It's like a Keurig for bariatric vitamins and it is awesome, but I just don't know how well they actually work yet. I'll know in April when I have my next bloodwork done, I guess!

I checked out the nutrients a while back and they do not meet the ASMBS recommendations for WLS-people. No matter what they claim on their site to the contrary!

Thanks for the heads up, Gwen. I go for my bloodwork next month so I think I will keep at it and see what happens. I have added B12, iron and Vitamin D supplements so maybe it won't be bad.

I love Dr Salameh!

Thank you! I was looking for some info on them too. This thread is very helpful to me, I have to say

Mike, I am still using Tespo and bloodwork comes out normal every time (with additional b12 and iron supplements). The tespo "misfires" on occasion but usually only because it needs a little cleaning of the sensor. I really love this dispenser!
