At 5 months out, I'm about 2 lbs from goal. I'm struggling to eat well, and I'm just tired of the "same old-same old"!
I got some wonderful advice about increasing my calories gradually so I can head to maintenance.
I know I need to continue protein first, then dense carbs like vegetables. I am not a big dairy person, other than Premier Protein and fat-free cheddar; oh, and Triple Zero yogurt.
Is there a link or something that would help?
Thanks

Yes. I've added some almonds, and some days 2 tsp (not TB) of peanut butter. It helps. Thank you!

I find that Paleo blogs have great WLS-friendly recipes.

One of my friends, and also a neighborhood person do the paleo. It seems very effective for them. I am probably not going that route. I am approaching 66 (they are in their early 40's) and I have had so many health issues that I've found I have to be moderate.
But they have some tasty recipes for high protein, low carb. I just have to watch the fat :) Thanks

Paleo isn't particularly high in fat - that's Keto. But, I don't recommend "doing" Paleo, just using Paleo resources to find recipes :)
