Help - Protein

I am 3 1/2 weeks out and down 31 pounds. I finally found a Protein product I like that has 27 grams of Protein per shake. My dilemma is they are so rich that I can't even eat lunch or dinner, as I am so full. Has anyone else felt like this, or will I get use to it, or is it better to just drink my protein than eat?

Try having those thick rich shakes first thing in the morning to get your metabolism going and then before bed to get you through the night. That is what my nutritionist suggested for me. Right before and right after exercise I use a liquid protein in my water. Sci Fit Amino 5000. It is like the consistancy of weak juice and I love it! And it does not fill you! HTH!
