“Maybe 20 calories. Grape flavored is my favorite. Doesn't have the aftertaste that some sugar free drinks have.”

“Between Propel, Crystal Light and decaf coffee/tea, these are the only ways I am able to get in my 64+ oz fluids per day. I especially like the Black Cherry and Grape flavors of Propel!”

“This stuff would be great if it didn't taste so sweet! YUCK! Had I known that it was going to be sweetened, I wouldn't have bought it. If I wanted sweetened water, I would've just added splenda and some lemon! Plus, this stuff is outrageously expensive. I'd say steer clear!”

“I love this stuff. I drink it while exercising for that extra flavor. I highly recommend it especially as a great water alternative. I do know that 1.00 a bottle is not cheap but it makes a great treat. I can drink 2 of them and have my rec. daily water intake almost knocked out. Love it. ”
