 “Flavor:vanilla ice cream flavor 1 scoop 1 yogurt cup - lite variety - sugar-free and non-fat 1/2 C milk - I use 1 % 1/2 frozen banana - to make it cold and creamy or ice, if I don't have bananas This is the basic recipe; but I change it around with other fruits....peanut butter....sugar-free chocolate powder This gives me about 37-38 grams of protein (this recipe came from a friend of mine and it tastes delicious!)”

 “Ok, I've only tried the vanilla ice cream, but it was really good. My tastes have changed since RNY, and I can not tolerate overly sweet or strong artifical flavors right now. I mixed this in some diluted milk, and the flavor was nice and subtle, and it only took a couple stirs with the spoon and there were absolutely no lumps. There is a huge variety of flavors, and I am so excited to try them. Maybe I can start meeting my requirements more easily now. ”

 “The vanilla flavor is not as sweet as Unjury Vanilla, which is a plus. Has a distinct odor to it and slight aftertaste. When blended with frozen banana chunks it was very good. The chocolate flavor had a distinct odor and is not very sweet. Mixes well. Not my first choice for a chocolate drink, but tolerable.”

 “I use the vanilla ice cream flavor. 2 1/2 scoops in place of Procomplex provides the same nutritional value without the nasty after taste. I use it in almost everything. My latest concoction has been a version of Mc D's fruit salad. I mix the stuff in with 8 T. of yogurt and add fruit for a yummy fruit salad. I substitute honey roasted soy nuts for candied walnuts; and there you have it. I have a know of a couple of ways to use protien powder.”

 “I personally use the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor. I mix it with 4 ounces of 2% milk and and 4 ounces of carb countdown chocolate milk OR some SF chocolate nesquick. This is the BEST protein i have found to have no chalky aftertaste. I have literally tried about 15 powders and this one is great. I recomend it too all. THE TRICK is to make it AS COLD AS YOU CAN with lots of ice. ”
