 “This was a good deal, Walgreens had the Nature's Bounty Vits Buy 1 Get 1 Free, so I got 2 bottles of B12 for 6.99, they don't taste great but it's tolerable and it does the job. I take it twice a day, 30 seconds under the tongue, then swallow.”
