 “The 30-day regimen is a multi-vitamin twice daily, calcium citrate twice daily and 30 mg iron (if still menstruating) once a day. The pills are conveniently packaged by dose. The times to take the vitamins are even printed on the packaging! My bariatric surgeon began carrying these and I started them at 4 months. My lab results at 6 months and 1 year have been excellent. The price seems fair-$1/day. If you buy a 90-day supply from the website you can save money. I think these are great-easy to swallow. They are made specifically for bariatric patients and are easily digested and absorbed.”
