“I've tried most all ready-made protein drinks and this is the only one I've found which doesn't make me gag. Everyone's taste buds change after surgery, but this one leaves less of an after-taste than most (for me anyway). I drink at least one, sometimes 2 a day. Drink it COLD!!!”

“This flavor tastes pretty good. Its chocolaty, although maybe at first a little artificial tasting. It goes down great. It has a whopping 35 grms of protein. Its in a portable soda-pop type can. I drink it for a snack.”

“Excellent shake, may be a bit sweet for some. Has 170 cal., 0.5g fat, 6g carb., 35g pro. Excellent product that everyone should try. The entire line of these shakes are wonderful. A great way to get your protien. My only regret that I did not stumble on them sooner. ”

“This is a WONDERFUL tasting and super convenient high protein/low carb drink. It is very similar to the WorldWide Ultra Pure Protein drinks and comes in similar packaging and flavors. I prefer this over the WorldWide ones as the VHT brand has less sodium and is thinner.”
