 “I used this pre-op. I like them once I got used to them. Chocolate Fudge is fav. Also has Vanilla and Strawberry. Not overly sweet. Best price=Walmart. 17g per 11 oz. Post-ops may want more grams per oz, but still good if you are on the run.”

 “*NOTE* This is NOT the "carb control" version of the AdvantEdge shake. This was disgusting! I really couldn't believe how bad it tasted-- like really bad YooHoo. I'm not a terribly picky person, either; I can usually eat or drink something I don't particularly like if I know it's good for me, but this was impossible for me to drink. Maybe if I got it REALLY cold (like almost frozen) but then I don't know how I'd get it out of the container. I'm giving the 3 remaining drinks away to someone in my office who does body-building because there's no way I can drink it. UGH! ”
