“This Punch flavored liquid is DISGUSTING! It is ok for a supplement during the day, but not 3 times a day. Its very hard to choke down and my stomach doesnt really agree with it. I wont buy again after its gone. NASTY!”

“By itself its not real good but if you mix it in with either yogurt, jello or I put it in my water with 1/2 pack of crystal light raseberry ice and you cant taste it at all.”

“I can't say this stuff tastes like a cheesecake or anything, but You can get it down quick but yet get the 18 grams of protien that you need. Good luck to you with this.”

“tastes really bad, but good if you have a hard time getting in enough protein through food, only 3 tablespoons/18 grams protein per serving, I mix with water otherwise it is too strong to swallow”

“This item tastes horrid alone. In order to use post-op follow the following suggestion: Make SF strawberry jello. I bought glad 1 cup little containers and then placed a 1/2 cup serving of jello into each container. I then placed 1 tbsp of the liquid stuff into the the jello. Each contianer must be mixed with a spoon and can then be placed in the fridge. Each jello serving will then contain 6 grams of protein. I was completely unable to tell it was in the jello. I am 12 days Post-Op and have been using this spiked jello as a great snack. ”
