 “Not a signifigant source for calories, but very low in sugar, I personally likie the Banana flavor best, blended with 1 banana,ice, and water or skim milk...tastes like a McDonalds banana shake (if made thick enough) they offer ALOT of different flavors though!”

 “I just wanted to say that the Raspberry Royal is great tasting, I will be asking the nutritionist if this is an okay source of protein for after surgery. Until then I don't know so I didnt want to specify if it would be good or not...P.S. it doesnt leave a funny chalky flavor or make you very thirsty after...it did clump up a bit though BLEND WELL!”
