 “I'm not a fan of any of the chocolate or vanilla shake kind of products. I never like the texture of them and I don't even like milk to begin with. I found this unflavored protein powder and love it. It says you can mix it into pretty much anything but I have only mixed it with Crystal Lite and love it. It does have a bit of a taste to it, but it's not bad at all, and if you make sure to shake it before you take a sip it not powdery or anything like that. I usually put a 1 1/2 scoops to get more protein in my drink because it only has 17 grams of protein per scoop and it's still fine. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who doesn't like those milky protein drinks.”

 “I am trying some things pre-op and this was one that is in a lot of the post-op protien shakes. It smells great but adds an interesting texture and taste to things. I can't really tolerate it when it is the primary flavor and it takes a strong flavor to overpower it. I found it has worked well in fruity yogurt, strong coffee, and mixes well into baked things. I have not had much luck mixing it into juices, fruit shakes or other rather thin liquids.”

 “This is my main staple after surgery, and I mixed it in EVERYTHING!! I know it had a lot to do with my success and continued success. I mix it in Dannon Light n' Fit Carb and Sugar control yogurt drinks, only 3 gms of sugar for the yogurt drink and add 1scoop to the already 6gm of protein = 23 gms for a GREAT DRINK!! Also mix it in Grits, Oatmeal, Puddings, Yogurts, refried beans, ricotta cheese, sauces, soups, anything!!!”

 “This product has been an absolute neccessity for me. I have mixed it with crystal lite, light fruit juice, sf cocoa, oatmeal, sf pudding, pancakes, eggs, and chili just to name a few!  “This really is tasteless! I have a hard time drinking the whey protein because of the smell and taste. Thought I would give this a try and am so happy with it. I have added it to many different things, chili, soup, mashed potatoes, even my coffee. If you can make coffee into something good for you then that has to be a plus!! I would definitely give this an A plus.”

 “I love this stuff! I can add it to anything (soups, mashed potatoes, hot cereal) and boost the protein and make it "worth it" to eat it. This is especially important in the early stages of soft and puree foods. Mashed potatoes is something you can have but how do you justify the carbs? ADD ANY WHEY and now it is totally worth it, b/c it is a protein source! Whoo-hoo! Try adding it to your pudding, yogurt, jello or whatever you can get down during those early stages of recovery!”

 “I have used this in skim milk and yogurt. It's virtually tasteless and gives you a big bang for your buck. Lots of protein added to whatever. I'm thinking of buying some Hood skim milk and adding it for even more protein. Since we cannot eat a lot at one time, we have to make it count.”

 “I have a severe allergy to Whey and dariy products, but my doctor told me to try this. It is avertised as "tasteless" and I don't notice the taste, but it is NOT odorless. I mixed it with SF Jello and broth, it didn't change the taste, but I could smell it, something like stale milk. I will continue to use it until post op, but can't wait for something real again.”
