“Ok, so I am pre-op right now, not post op, but I must say when I add a scoop of this to Crystal Light it does not stay with me like Slim Fast Low carb shake does at all. Maybe that won't matter when it takes so little to fill me up and my concern is just getting the protein in, but right now it is kind of a waste. “This has been one of the protein drinks that I can stand. I am in the pureed phase now. I find that if I mix this with most anything it taste OK. Mixing this with food makes it tolerable. I also have tried it in some sugar free hot chocolate as well. If you mix it with a blender or mixer it makes liquids frothy. Not that I am thrilled with this, but it is better than the little chunks that don't mix. “As a new postie, I have found that I am ultra sensitive to protein. Not exactly what I wanted to believe at first, but I have come to terms with it. Decided to order the Unjury unflavored. Added it to cream cheese, peanut butter and peach yogurt. This product has zero texture and zero taste! I can't believe it!
