“For gastric bypass folks, be careful when taking the SF Chocolate with your calcium. Anytime you take your calcium supplement with a chocolate product it reduces how much you actually absorb and you will be deficient in calcium. ”

“THIS STUFF IS EXCELLENT! I love it. I love it. I love it. I'm currently 16 days post-op and drink it every day. I mix it with my Magic Bullet Mixer. I have been very hungry the past few days and I'm still on liquids. I have mixed it with a scoop of frozen yogurt, skim milk and blended for about 2 min. It is so cold and creamy. “I love this stuff and it is what is recommended by my nurtritionist for the "full body" liquid diet during the first week, post-op. If you want to change the flavor from plain chocolate or vanilla, all you have to do is add natural flavor extracts. My favorite is Strawberry, coconut, mint or banana mixed with the chocolate carnation, or anise, peach, strawberry or almond with the vanilla carnation. It might sound funny at first but think about it, "Chocolate covered straberry", or "strawberries and cream"?”
