 “peanut butter flavor: 140 cal, 5g fat, 9g net carbs, 5g sugar, 10g protein. These taste like a nutter butter cookie to me. Fabulous! The cinnamon raisin one was the best tasting but gave me mild dumping with 9g of sugar in one bar. Cheap source of protein, crisy and tasty, satisfies the sweet tooth and has some nutrition.”
