 “I love Crystal Lite I have been drinking it for the past 3 years since having gestational diabetes with my second pregnancy. I do notice it is a lot sweeter tasting now being post op from the gastric bypass procedure. I have to use half a packet mixed with water to tolerate how sweet it tastes.”

Noe that I am post-op I tried it again after I got used to only drinking decaf noncarbinated drinks and CL was still horrible. I drink another mix that has 5 callories and no sugar and CL tastes bitter in comparison”

 “Crystal Lite isn't the only brand that tastes great. I buy the Walmart brand also. I especially like the grape and cherry walmart brand (tastes just like COOLAID from when you were a kid). Some of the flavors have an aftertaste ( the orange/tangerine tastes like TANG). If you don't like the aftertaste of the aspertame, you can add about 1 cup of fruit juice to the 1/2 GALLON drink, and it totally disguises it, and gives you a little vitamin C, the sugar is so little, that it might have 5-10 calories in 8 oz of the mixed 1/2 gallon if you use the family pack. I don't especially like the raspberry ice, but I do like to mix the raspberry ice and lemonade (1 family packet each to make a gallon of punch). Mixing some of the different flavors also gives it a little more interest sometimes. Any of these also make great popcicles for the sweet tooth. :)”
