“Didn't sit very well with me. Even after chewing and chewing and chewing (tasted like cardboard eventually), it still was not a good choice for me. Will try again in 6 months.”

“I had a craving for cold milk and cereal about a week ago so I went to the local supermarket and bought this. I didn't like it one bit. It did satisfy my craving though and now the box is sitting on top of my fridge collecting dust.”

“I'm afraid I didn't pay attention to price--I checked the nutrition part...10 gr protein and low carb--and this for 3/4 cup as opposed to 1/4 cup or 1/3 I had to eat of most cereal--if I used it at all...half as much as regular Special K and grabbed it. I was happily surprised by the taste. I use a little skim milk and sometimes throw in berries or cut up 1/2 of a peach. I absolutely am thrilled about finding it. I concentrate a lot on protein and always get in over the minimum of 60, usually much higher, but colon cancer runs in my family, so I must get in roughage, grains, fruit and vegetables somehow. This helps in the grains department without adding so much carbs. I'm still on insulin so I watch my carbs very closely.”

“This is by far one of the best low carb cereals out there. They don't pack as much protein or fiber, but those caused me some problems in the past with that stuck feeling. This is the best of both worlds - lower carbs which keeps me from dumping, and lower fiber which keeps me from hurting.”

“This is the best low carb cereal I've had so far. I do add sweetner to it, but so far, I'm sticking with this!”

“What a FABULOUS product! I am thrilled with this cereal. It is extremely delicious, low in carb, and tastes wonderful. I eat 3/4 cup of this cereal, in combination with 1 cup of Carb Countdown 2% Lowfat Low Carb Milk. If you like to have cereal and milk once in a while, then you really have to try this. There is the nutritional breakdown for the cereal: Serving size: 3/4 cup, 100 Calories, 10 grams of protein, 9 net carbs, and 3 grams of fat. REALLY DELICIOUS. Give it a try today!”
