“These are the BEST protein bars ever. They are not thick or heavy and leave no aftertaste. My favorite flavor is the cookies 'n cream, but I've tried them all and they're all good. They are sweetened with stevia, so they're great for post-op. My only concern is the fat content is approx. 12-13grams and I'd like it to be around 5-7, but I ran it by my nutritionist and she said it was fine as a meal replacement. I love these, I have one first thing in the morning since I'm not a big breakfast eater, but I know I'm getting a decent amount of protein in and they're great when you're running errands, you just have one of these instead of eating out--so you save money and get your protein--it's all about the protein!! “The whey protein in this bar is specially formulated to be digested and used by your body - there are mico-peptides in it. The protein is not wasted w/out being used by the body like Soy proteins are. Costco is the best deal on this product, but they only offer two flavors.
