 “Comes in fat free to whole milk fat contents. chocolate and white milk flavors. Offers 12 gms protein and 3 gms sugar in and 8 oz serving. I have used chocolate and fat free...both tast like regular milk. Calorie content ranges according to fat content with the fat free being 70 cal in 8 oz. this was good for immediately post-op to mix with powdered egg whites and sugar-free instant breakfast to make a high protein shake that actually tastes good.”
