 “I will try to copy these with protein powder, Kool-Aide, and Splenda. But I am soooo glad I had them to help me post surgery--especially the variety pack. It really helped me keep my protein up. I highly recommend these if you can afford to buy--all flavors are pure and refreshing (personal bias against watermelon-apple).”

 “A 20 oz bottle containing 40 grams of protein. A good source of protein, but I did not like the flavor. Like a very watered down gatorade but with a little extra yucky taste. (I like blue gatorade, this stuff... not so much!) But I will try other flavors!”

 “I tried this right after surgery and again at 3mos postop and both times it was awful. The after taste was so nasty! A lot of people do like this, but I tried every flavor there is premixed, and each one was incredibly BAD! The only one that was even semi-tolerable was the green Melon one. (but maybe it's just my tastebuds) although I have not had problems with many things since surgery taste-wise...just this stuff--yuck!”
