“I love this product as it has no calories, no carbs, etc and makes getting water down much, much easier. However, I am a little concerned that with the new packaging came calories which unless I am reading something wrong means in 48 servings there are 240 calories and I believe their serving is 8 ounces. Which I drink 64 oz or more a day. Curious as to why it now has calories when it is the exact same ingredients. ”

“I'd been using this product to cut soda out of my diet pre-op. It's terrific! A great way to get in your clear liquids after your surgery! The grape is amazing, the fruit punch tastes like Hawaiian Punch, the Lemonades blow Crystal Lite out of the water (pun intended)! You get more drink for your buck and it tastes terrific.”

“I LOVE this stuff! I first tasted it at a friends house months ago (I thought it was kool-aid, but after drinking it.. I wasn't sure..even tho it tasted almost exactly like kool-aid-my friend finally told me what it was). I realized it was like drinking flavored water (no calories, sugar, etc) and bought some. I LOVE the Grape and Fruit Punch. I also like Strawberry and Cherry. I just bought some Lemon Iced Tea but haven't tried it yet. This stuff Rocks!”

“I buy the packets that you just pour into a bottle of water; grab & go type ones. I like these and I buy the different flavors. The only thing is for me it is too sweet, so I will only use half of a packet to 16 oz's of water. I am not a kool-aid person, but the cherry limeade one is really good.”

“I was drinking this for months before my surgery because I simply prefer it to soft drinks anymore (and it is far, far cheaper). Heck, my son even prefers it to pop now. It comes in various flavors such as grape, orange, fruit punch, Lemonade, cherry, raspberry, tea, and strawberry and the single pack servings are very convenient for those on the go.
