 “I don't recommend these at all. For years, I had given them to my daughter. She complained that they made her feel bad. I figured that she just didn't like the taste, but I had her take them anyway. After my surgery, I chose to take these as well. My daughter was right. Soon after I would chew it up and it would be in my tummy, I would just feel sick. I would be queasy and feel poorly for hours. I switched to a different type of vitamin and felt fine. I immediately took them from my daughter as well. These vitamins ended up in the trash. ”
