 “I got mine in the mail and refridgerated it for a few weeks. Once I was post-op I tried it and was unable to finish due to the taste, texture and it even looked unappitizing. My husband tried it too - at first he thought it was okay but after about 3 spoonfuls, found it to be quite poor tasting and dumped the remaining portion down the kitchen sink. ”

 “Excellent taste. Each can is 6.4 ozs with 20 grams of protein. ONly 100 calories, 2 grams fat, no sugar and only 1 carb. Comes in Vanilla, Chocolate and new flavors of Banana Cream and Lemon. Couldn't live without it!”
