“I was trying to be so good...lol
I made pancakes, exactly as recipe...not even my neighbor would eat them,,,and she eats everything. I made it again, thinking I must have messed up...nope, still awful.
I have used many atkin foods, this is the only one I have found that I have not been happy with....hopefully it was just us that day...”

“I'm trying this as a pre op. I was surprised how great pancakes and muffins made from this were. The price is awful, but there is less than 1 gram of sugar in one quarter cup of mix, plus 18 grams of protein, and 2 grams of fat.”
