“Not only tolerable, but taste good. I mix mine with Lactaid brand milk (lactose free), just to be safe for now, I eventually will try mixing with 2% milk and see how that goes. I am not as big a fan of vanilla as i am of chocolate, but their vanilla flavor is also good, tastes marshmellowy to me. They also have unflavored which you can add your own fruit to. I added some banana and it wasn't bad. Small packets are also sold at $1.75 each. Each serving has 20 grams of protein. “The only thing I could tolerate after surgery was Unjury! I used Vanilla, Chocolate and unflavored versions. They were not overpowering or overly sweet, and they were easy to get down when my tummy was so sensitive in the few weeks after surgery. Jerome and Martha and wonderful and pride themselves on their great customer service. While the product is a bit expensive, I feel it is worth it for the value and taste. “I love this stuff! After a pre-op diet of 8 days of only Carnation Instant Breakfast, I never wanted to see another chocolate drink, but my nutritionist gave me a sample of this and I had to buy it. It's a different flavor than the Carnation and it's much creamier.
