“The vanilla and strawberry are DISGUSTING. The chocolate isn't bad at all and is the only one I can tolerate with plain milk. The vanilla, I have to have with light chocolate soy milk and it's OK. I haven't found a tolerable combo for the strawberry yet, it's that awful. But it has SO much protein that it's worth it! The strawberry and vanilla go well with sugar free cheesecake pudding mix. The chocolate goes great with a tsp. of instant coffee and splenda. “I've bought both chocolate and vanilla. Vanilla is good for mixing with fruit or peanut butter or yogurts, etc. It's okay on it's own. Chocolate tastes like chocolate milk if mixed with 1% lowfat milk. I can notice a difference in taste quality between skim and 1%. I also noticed I have to use my immersion blender to get the lumps out (I can't stand lumps...makes me want to gag). “I bought the 2lb tub at Wal-Mart. The only downfall to it, is that if you do 2 shakes a day, it only lasts about 2 weeks. The taste is pretty good, I bought it in Vanilla flavor. I have found that this is pretty good plain. “I have some protein on order, but at one week post-op I was needing to find something locally with high protein/low carbs. The vanilla flavor is very good. It is not too sweet and the perfect amount of vanilla. I mixed it with milk and it mixed fine -- no clumps (used blender). It is not to thick, which appeals to me. I am going to play with this when I get board of vanilla.
