“I really can't stand protein drinks where you can 'smell' the protein and these fit the bill. My faves are strawberry banana, banana, peach, probably because these are flavors that aren't generally found elsewhere. The banana shake actually tastes more like real banana than 'banana flavored' items like Popsicles. The strawberry tastes like those Kit taffy suckers from the old days. The chocolate is better than some chocolate but due to the expense I choose other brands for my chocolate fix. Vanilla tastes like cake batter to me, pretty good if you want to eat cake batter. I continue to buy them even though they are expensive. I haven't had surgery yet but I wonder how well they would do post-op since they are to mixed with 12-16 ounces of water so that could be too much volume at that time. Sometimes I do find myself actually craving them so that is a first as far as protein drinks are concerned.”

“I haven't had the lapband surgery yet, but I got a hold of this stuff in the summer during my "desperate" times. You see, I am peri-menopausing, so my energy sucks. The very first one I had, I felt full and my body felt satisfied. I didn't feel weighted down and my sugar level doesn't fluctuate on the sharp curve (Not diabetic, but I can tell when it is going through kiniptions).
I dread eating sometimes, but Revival Soy is easy, tastes wonderful (not chalky) even a good drink when mixed with water only and I read that they have been used for bariactric patients, so, I will have some on hand after my surgery as well.”

“fairly tasty, high protein. Main selling point is it's all soy, no dairy and doesn't have stuff like bluegreen algae or spirulina added to it like many other soy brands”

“This is really a great tasting soy drink because it does NOT have the icky soy taste. I have been drinking it daily and I am not tired of it and I am starting to feel better in my joints. (not so painful) It is organic. ”

“I like the revival products because they are soy protein and obsorbed better by bariatric patients. The flavor is wonderful! I would be cautious on using them until you are farther out post op, as the bars do have sugar in them.”

“I absolutely love this protein drink! If anyone has had to do taste tests to find a good protein drink then you know what I'm talking about when I say I have finally found what I've been looking for. Revival Soy Protein drinks are wonderful. I have ordered the chocolate and the vanilla and I really like both. For a 30 day supply (one packet a day) and shipping and handling I paid $54.90; this also includes the $2 fee for making my order 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 vanilla. I would recommend this to anyone. The taste is what sold me on this product and the benefits of soy protein can't be beat either.”

“We did a sample pack each - the Splenda sweetened. (hubby & I). In order of best to worst: Chocolate, Peach, Strawberry, Vanilla, (following are tied) Blueberry, Banana, Strawberry-banana, worst one (couldn’t finish it) Cappuccino. The Blueberry tasted like Boo-berry cereal milk. I think they would all be better with a little help from extracts and fruit.”

“I got a variety pack, and tried mixing them with water, ff milk, and sweetened soy milk, and the flavor wasn't bad but the consistency was TERRIBLE. Very "chalky," and left nasty taste in my mouth. Would not recommend these (and I LIKE most protein shakes)”
