“I use the slim fast low carb chocolate and vanilla because it has very low grams of sugar (less than 5) which is a lot lower than other slim fast products, but most importantly it has 20 grams of PROTEIN (higher than any other slim fast drink I can find). I drink one every day since surgery.”
