 “This tomato soup is just a bit thinner than I like. I make this with a shake of italian seasoning added to the boiling water and then after I stir in the soup mix, I add a teaspoon or so of light sour cream. It gives a bit more flavor without adding a lot of calories/carbs/fat. Just the soup mix itself gives you 100 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 8 carbs, and 15 grams of protein. Not bad!”
