 “I love this for a quick dessert. I make the pudding, add in a few fresh strawberry slices and then crumble up one reduced-fat graham cracker on top. Makes a low-fat and low-calories "Strawberry Cheesecake" dessert.”

 “On its own, this is a flavorful treat or dessert with very few calories and no sugar. BUT, whip in an 8 oz box of low-fat or fat-free cream cheese and you have an even better dessert (top with a dollop of SF Cool Whip) or snack. The cream cheese adds some calories, but it also adds protein and flavor. You can also whip in some unflavored protein powder, but I'd recommend it be Unjury as this is the only "unflavored" one that actually has no flavor at all.”
