“It is a great way to boost your protein in take, but it tastes horrible. I tried diluting and it made it worse. Best to put it in a medicine cup and swallow fast like medicine.”

“They are only 3 oz vials. The sampler pack comes in 4 flavors: Blue Raspberry Swirl, Cool Melon Splash, Fresh Citrus Berry and Grapefruit Mango or you can just buy one flavor vials. To me they are all equally not that good tasting BUT the upside is there isn't much of it to drink AND they have 25g of protein per vial (bullet). I learned this later on but the best way to drink this is COLD: in a glass, over ice, add a half liter bottle of water, and even a bottle water flavor packet for more flavor if you like (i.e. crystal light). Either that or just hold your nose and swallow! Also, there are other vials sold at Wal-mart or GNC individually cheaper than the website PLUS you have to pay S&H from the website. For what I payed about $40 on the website I could have got at the stores for $24. Hope that helps!”
