 “Kashi cereal are low in vitamins and minerals, but, has some. Some other Kashi cereals has high in vitamins and minerals. I like the taste of Kashi cereals and it's high in protein and fiber. Kashi products are the best and healthiest way to live your life. To make Kashi products taste better and healther with skim milk and fresh fruit.”
