 “If you need to get in liquids and protein in the early stages post op this is a good way to do it. Tastes a bit like melted jello with a yogurt-y aftertaste. Not too bad, but some don't like it. Better when super cold. Lots of flavors, but Mango Peach is my favorite. ”
