 “This is my absolute favorite post op find!! I tried quite a few high protein cereals but so many of them I need to eat a whole lot to get any kind of good protein. With this cereal the taste is SO good. The flavor is wonderful. It is crunchy and filling and I get 12 grams of protein for 1/2 cup which is perfect for me. I have a bowl with 2% or skim milk every morning!! You gotta try it! If you can't find it in the grocery store it is online all over. Good shipping price at Netrition.com!”
