 “very good tasting, gets old after more than a month. I have been on it for a month and a half m-f 2 times a day and have lost 20 lbs just from that. deffinetly gets the metabolsim going for those that skip meals. tried warm - NOT GOOD, must be fridged (as package states) i enjoy mine with about 3 ice cubes. Fills me up for the most part of the day. Highly recomended!!”
