“This stuff tastes really bad. However, it contains the proper vitamin D for Bariatric patients. Whereas the Centrum chewables has the wrong Vitamin D for post-op patients. ”

“If you're recently post-op and can only use liquid vitamins, I'd recommend this, despite the metallic taste. It has 100% of the RDA for B12 and 20% of the RDA for Zinc.”

“I prefer this over chewables or crushing. It doesn't taste too great but what liquid vitamin or medication does. It is easy to swallow. Take right after a meal or before hand and this will help with the flavor :)”

“I thought for sure the FDA would have issues with Centrum selling VOMIT in a bottle, but I guess not. This stuff is the most vile tasting liquid I have ever put in my mouth. Actually, the flavor was akin to the taste in one's mouth after one hucks....pre-wls. I took it back and got my money back. Yuck!”

“The 3rd ingredient was alcohol. As a new post op, I used it for about 2 weeks and found the alcohol burned all the way down. I stopped and went to something else. I don't think alcohol is good for the tummy. Especially being a newby.”
