“Recommended to me by a local health food store as a good-tasting protein shake, I was hesitant. But this is by-far the best flavour Whey Gourmet has - and it is yummy! In addition to going down fine (mix it with water - or skim milk) it has (per scoop) 117 calories, 1.7g fat, 23g protein, 2.1g carbs, 20mg sucralose. Highly-recommend this product.”
