 “I mix it with water. I'm partial to the chocolate flavor even though the strawberry is quite good. It's easy to mix when you don't have a blender. Three scoops in 16 oz. of water gives me 81 grams of protein/day. I hear it tastes even better in milk, but I avoid milk sugars, so water is my liquid of choice. Highly recommend this product.”

 “Not at all as bad as I thought it might be. I figured I'd torture my tastebuds and try it with plane water, first. I got vanilla figuring that would be the easiest flavor to doctor up. Well, it was a pleasant surprise! Though a little bland and watery (when mixed with water) the taste isn't that bad at all. It actually tastes like vanilla should taste. Since then I've mixed with non-fat milk. I'm going to try some other recipes like adding decaf instant coffee to make a vanilla/mocha drink and also try adding some Crystal-Lite flavors, too. There are lots of ways to play with it so don't get discouraged that first sip!”

 “My teacher let me try this at her house, and I liked it so I bought it. It's really easy to fix. I just put some ice in the blender, some strawberry yogurt, and a slice of a banana, and add the protein and that's it. It tastes just fine, and doesn't have me gag. You can add anything you want to it, because it takes on the taste. I would recommend it.”

 “I tried a chocolate Pro Complex sample from GNC but wanted the option of having other flavors so purchased the vanilla. I have mixed it with sugar free Tang, sugar free Nesquick and a little ice and instant coffee crystals. Per 1 heaping scoop it has 130 calories, 27.5 grams protein and less than 3 grams of sugar and carbs. It tastes great in the blender with water and ice, some banana and some flavoring. It also mixes easily with just a spoon and makes a thin drink that is easy to get down.”

I put about 5 or 6 ice cubes and a cup of milk with one scoop (comes in the can) and a couple of strawberries or some banana pieces in my blender, and it's very tasty!
