“I didnt have the Medifast in time to start my liquid diet pre op so the nutritionist suggest this. At first I thought blah!! LOL I bought the vanilla praline and I tell you it is delicious. Very good with skim milk and very filling. Has a very good taste, no after taste. I think it is a few more calories more than the medifast but 10 thousand times better!”

“Doesn't have much of a flavor. Mixed it with different crystal light mixes and found it hard to dissolve. Finally found out that cold coffee added to it gave it the best flavor and was able to finish using the rest of the product that way. Would not purchase again.”
