 “This protien shake tastes great! I have always gotten the vanilla and it tastes like yellow cake mix-Mmm Mmm! The nutritional values fell WAY within what my nurse practitioner told me to assure I found in a shake. Low in calories, high in protein and no added sugar being most important. The only drawback to this shake is when you mix it up, it gets REALLY thick, so you have to water it down a lot more than it says to. I have always mixed it with milk, but after my surgery I plan to mix with 1/2 water, 1/2 skim milk.”

 “My husband hates this stuff, but it is actually one of my favorites. I love it, even though it has a very strong soy taste. It is very thick when hand shaken and mixes smooth. I always use water and it tastes good. It is also good mixed with other protein, gives them a better flavor.”
