 “I liked all flavors. Serve them cold and over ice. They are lower in sugar than most protein drinks you can get at the grocery or pharmacy. It definitely is not milk but it's close enough for me. I liked them bc they are the conistency of milk. I tried muscle milk and it tasted like chocolate water and was way too sweet. ”

 “Before drinking this product I was using Slim Fast. The sugar content in Slim Fast upset my stomach. The Atkins product has very little sugar and tastes about as good as the Slim Fast product. ”
