 “cheapest around on the net and shipped fast from PA - all the falvors are out of this world and support high protein eating - just follow the instructions carefully - as oatmeal does expand in the stomach - let it sit and fully absorb water before eating - bon apetite”

 “The Keto Foods Hot Cereal (Old Fashioned Oatmeal flavor) allowed me to have one of those forbidden foods, while still providing an excellent protein source (17g per serving) with fairly low calories (150kcal) and an unbelievable level of carbs (12g total with 9g of fiber and 0g sugar). This hot cereal is sweetened with sucralose and gives you a nice sweet taste with the actual feeling of traditional oatmeal. Definitely, a thumbs-up!”
