 “I heard that sublinguals work best if they dont dissolve too quickly under the tongue. If they do, then they simply mix with your saliva and go down into your digestive system where they are useless. These dissolve super fast. There are other brands of sublingual b-12 which sit under your tongue dissolving over a much longer period of time. I try to stick with those.”
