“YUM! I've only tried the chocolate and the cookies and cream flavors, but I absolutely love the chocolate. The c&c is pretty good, but the chocolate is even better. These have been the best finds pre-op for me!”

“I caught it on sale so I bought 2, one for work, one for home. I use vanilla flavor cause I don't want any fake chocolate. I tastes ... palatable. I can deal with this because it's not too sweet and not to flavored. For an extra "something extra" I sometimes add a couple of shots of strong black coffee (cooled), ice cubes and 1/2 pack of equal. Tastes good like that.”

“I was looking for something to help me get my protein in. My Doc says I need 70g per day. This gives you 20g per serving. I got the strawberry and it I mix it with 8oz of skim milk. I love it. I am a big milk drinker so the milk helps I think. I think it is a lot like the strawberry quick. Not hard to drink at all. It is a little gritty but not bad at all. ”

“Not bad. Mixes well with milk, decent flavor. I use the vanilla - haven't tried the chocolate or the strawberry. I've been taking it pretty much every morning for breakfast in the last month to get used to the flavor and to get used to the increased protein.”

“I am not a great fan of the taste of protein drinks so I always spike it with 1% or non-fat milk. This makes it taste pretty good. I started using this protein powder post-op and have continued to use it for two months. A one scoop serving is 20 grams of protein. It dissovles easily in milk or water and the price is very good, especially if you buy it during a sale.”
