“Gag, hack. Was trying to find something "without a flavor." Too much protein flavor for me post-op. Gurgle....still trying to wash the flavor of Slim Fast LoCarb out of my mouth. It made me so sick...!!”

“It is a wonderful product, and it provides quite a bit of protein per serving. It has a bit of a rich taste to it, even though it claims to be "unflavored". It makes a great addition to shakes, soups and other foods.”

“There must be a better way for me to get protein. I can't stand the protein shakes. They just don't taste good. And, why must they all be mixed with milk. I like milk but not in a protein shake. Then I have a big ole' tub of it. Ughh!”

“Awesome price for 17 grams of Protein in one scoop. Absoultly no taste. I mixed in one whole scoop with my yogurt 3 oz. It tasted the same, had a very slightly thicker consistancy But not enough to change the idea of yogurt. The yogurt I use has 4 grms of Protein and so that is 21 grams. Awesome!”

“I am trying some things pre-op and this was one that is in a lot of the post-op protien shakes. It smells great but adds an interesting texture and taste to things. I can't really tolerate it when it is the primary flavor and it takes a strong flavor to overpower it. I found it has worked well in fruity yogurt, strong coffee, and mixes well into baked things. I have not had much luck mixing it into juices, fruit shakes or other rather thin liquids.”

“I like to use this in my coffee to jump start my day, I put 2 scoops, 17 grams per scoop in my coffee. I would not recommend using it in hot teas and hot cocoa, as the water is too hot and it clumps up. I also use it in my oatmeal and have put it in my chili and cannot taste it at all. It's the first powder I have tried that I actually like.”

“This is my main staple after surgery, and I mixed it in EVERYTHING!! I know it had a lot to do with my success and continued success. I mix it in Dannon Light n' Fit Carb and Sugar control yogurt drinks, only 3 gms of sugar for the yogurt drink and add 1scoop to the already 6gm of protein = 23 gms for a GREAT DRINK!! Also mix it in Grits, Oatmeal, Puddings, Yogurts, refried beans, ricotta cheese, sauces, soups, anything!!!”

“OK product with good nutritional value. Problem I encountered was adding it to hot liquids. It clumped into a big funky hard ball of junk, that was similar to a dumpling but tasted like cardboard. It has only worked for me if I add it to things I blend in a blender. It has a major mixability problem.”

“This product has been an absolute neccessity for me. I have mixed it with crystal lite, light fruit juice, sf cocoa, oatmeal, sf pudding, pancakes, eggs, and chili just to name a few! I use it at least 2x a day - it makes life so much easier and I get a variety out of a single product. This purchase source is the least expensive I have found ANYWHERE. It is also the only one that I have found where you can buy it in a 3 lb canister - yeah! I would recommend it to everyone.”
