“I like these the best. The calories range from 180 to 250. I eat only 1/2 or 1/3 of a bar at a time for that reason. They are a nice treat. 0 to 1 sugars, high in protein. ”

“ I eat a half at a time as a snack. cutting the half into 16- or 20 little pieces. It does the trick when I need to "munch" at only 110 cal and 10grams of protein. I think this is the best tasting of the bars I have tried.”

“There is nothing "Crunch"-y about this bar. Its texture is more that of a dense, chewy cookie. Kind of dry, somewhat mealy, but not horrible. The mocha flavor disguises that nasty protein flavor, which made this particular bar better than some other Atkins bars I've tried (Praline? YUCK). Overall, not bad. Good protein, low carb. Okay for a meal on-the-go but I wouldn't do it very often.”
