“I make pancakes, dessert crepes and waffles from this mix. They are lighter---not as dense as regualr pancakes. I make a sandwich out of two pancakes, scrambled egg, breakfast meat, and cheese. YUM! Dessert crepes can be filled with berrries and sugar free pudding made with Carb Countdown skim milk. ”
