“Excellent product! Every single flavor I have tried (which has been Chocolate, Vanilla, and Strawberry) has been phenomenal! The Vanilla tastes like you are drinking vanilla pudding before it has cooled and became pudding (if that makes any sense), the chocolate is great, and I even liked the Strawberry (which is saying something because I don't like Strawberry flavored items)! I'm thinking of adding some Unjury Unflavored Protein Powder for an extra protein kick. This is a definite rave review for CIB!”

“I use this every morning for breakfast. I mix it with 1/2 package of the regular flavored carnation to make it taste better. I mix it with f.f. powdered milk and skim milk. It's a little high on the calorie side, but it's a good amount of protein and a great taste. I couldn't handle the other protein shakes so this is a good option for people with the same problem.”
