“These were my vitamins of choice prior to WLS. The tablet is way to big for a post-op to manage now. I did purchase them in capsule form. I'm still afraid about their capsule size, the new dosage is 4 capsules per day. ”

“These are taken twice daily, once at breakfast and again at lunch. I noticed a difference in how I felt the very first day.
The only drawback is the size of the pills which would probably limit their use by recent post-ops. ”
